5 FAVORITES: SPOOKY HALLOWEEN MAKEUP TRANSFORMATIONS

In honor of Halloween being just about a week away, I thought I’d share some of my recent fave makeup transformations I’ve seen floating around blogs and Instagram this year. For most people, a costume comes first and the makeup comes second, but as you know, a beauty transformation can make ALL the difference. It can turn a simple, cliche skeleton or ghost into a wicked ensemble before you even think of the fashion. Hope this inspires anyone wanting to try out your own haunting looks this year! Warning… These are on the spookier side for sure!
5 Favorites: Halloween Makeup Transformations
1. Harley Quinn by Dehsarae - If you’re looking to take on a villain or comic book character, this haunting interpretation of Harley Quinn is killer! While Poison Ivy and the Joker have inspired countless Halloween costumes, this one definitely gives you a more unique edge.

2. Glam skull makeup by Georgia Rose Devine - I think that everyone who loves spooky Halloween makeup should try their own version of a skull or skeleton at least once. There is never a year that I’m not impressed with a new concept that pushes the envelope, and I loved creating my own last year. This one is hauntingly beautiful if you’re looking for a dark, but glamorous beauty look.

3. Broken doll by Natalia Vergara Beauty - Doll looks are not for the faint of heart but this one manages to be creative and creepy while keeping with that delicate, innocent vibe – making it even spookier. It’d be so fun to recreate the outfit, too.

4. Sundae Clown by Kimberley Margarita - Okay, if you really want to go all out with the horror factor, this girl has you COVERED. I can’t think of anything more frightening than a clown and a sundae clown is such an artful take (albeit absolutely terrifying). As with most hauntingly clever Halloween makeup looks, creative contacts are the way to go.
5. Rize: Tokyo Ghoul Collab - Last but not least, I wanted to throw my Tokyo Ghoul look in the mix because it’s actually fairly easy to execute – If you decide to do something last minute, you can always whip this costume up and impress fellow anime nerds!
